 Event Timings

Timings are in UK (London) 

ARRIVALS

All arrivals on Thursday 

Hotel check-in from 3pm
Registration at 5pm
Welcome Dinner 6pm (check your time here)
Introductory evening 7pm (check your time here)

 

DEPARTURES

All departures on Sunday after 6pm

Included in your package will be breakfast and lunch.  We recommend late afternoon or early evening flights as you should allow at least 5 hours between departing the hotel, and your flight departure time.

Room checkout will be 11am and a place will be provided for you to store your bags.

 Transport  

The nearest airport is London Heathrow, and you would then take a train to Didcot Parkway, and a taxi from there to the venue.

Alternatively, you could book a transfer which start from £120 each way - here are a few contact numbers for you & you can click the name to access their website:

We recommend flight arrivals latest by 1pm to allow for travel.
Flight departures can be booked from 10pm, or the following morning to ensure you can complete the full retreat

Choose from  single, twin or twin delux share room.

Rest assured that if you choose twin share, you will be placed with another participant of the same sex, and where possible, the same nationality.

Please note that rooms are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.  Should your preferred choice be unavailable, you will be offered an alternate option.

The price shown below are per person, and include 3 night's accommodation plus all your food.
