Nestled amongst a picturesque green-belt of golf courses, Mercure Gold Coast Resort is perfect for relaxing, unwinding and rejuvenating in peace and quiet.

The resort also comes perfectly equipped with facilities including two outdoor pools, two floodlit tennis courts and gymnasium.  There is also a sauna or outdoor spa with a pampering massage to fully relax.

  Flying in to Gold Coast

The airport is Gold Coast Airport.  It is approximately 30 minutes drive to the Hotel.
We recommend flight arrivals latest by 4pm on Day 1


Departures can be booked anytime on Sunday after 8:30pm.
Transport to and from the airport is NOT included in your package.

Accommodation Package Options

As this event is a retreat, it's mandatory to select one of the accommodation packages to ensure that you get the most from the event.   If you do not have a partner/friend attending the retreat, rest assured that we will pair you up!

All prices are PER PERSON

Your package is to be paid to The Journey on 30th November 2025 and we will send you a secure link at that time.

Your Accommodation Package INCLUDES:

  • Thursday: Welcome dinner & overnight stay
  • Friday & Saturday: breakfast, lunch, dinner & overnight stay
  • Sunday: breakfast & lunch
  • plus all refreshments throughout
We have requested tasty and wholesome vegetarian food starting with dinner on Thursday through to Sunday.  If you have any special dietary requirements the hotel will do their best to get the chef to accommodate you

ACCOMMODATION PAYMENT TERMS  & CANCELLATION FEES:
  • The accommodation package cost is to be paid to The Journey in addition to your tuition costs
    A payment of 100% of the total accommodation cost is required on 30th November 2025
  • The client can cancel the room up to 30th November without a cancellation fee.
  • In case of cancellations after 30/11/2025, no show, departure before the agreed, or arrival after the agreed, 100% of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
