Saturday - Arrival Day & evening welcome Session

 Transport  

 
  Flying in to Prague, Czech Republic

The airport is Václav Havel Airport - Prague.  It is approximately 45 minutes drive to the Park Hotel.
We recommend flight arrivals by 4 pm on day 1.

Departures can be booked anytime on Thursday after 8:45 pm.

Transport to and from the airport is NOT included in your package.  


 
  From the Airport to the Park Hotel

A transfer can be arranged from the airport to the venue for the following approximate cost:

by car up to 4 people – 1.550 CZK (65 Euro)
by minibus up to 8 people – 1.950 CZK (81 Euro)


Accommodation, Food & Conference Package Options

As this event is a retreat, it's mandatory to select one of the accommodation packages to ensure that you get the most from the event.  Use the form below to submit your request to The Journey.  If you do not have a partner/friend attending the retreat, The Journey will do any room pairing for you.

All prices are PER PERSON 

  • SUPERIOR SINGLE occupancy- room area 32 m2 - €1099
  • SUPERIOR TWIN share - room area 32 m2 - €819 per person 
  • SUITE TWIN - room area 61 m2 - €899 per person
  • Food & Conference Package Only - €469

Packages include 5 nights of accommodation (except food & conference only), conference package, vegetarian food, starting with a welcome dinner on the arrival day and continuing through to lunch on the last day, along with afternoon refreshments.

City tax of CZK 50 (EUR 2) per person per night is not included.

  • Saturday: Welcome dinner & overnight stay

We have requested tasty and wholesome vegetarian food starting with dinner on Saturday through to Thursday.  If you have any special dietary requirements, the hotel will do its best to get the chef to accommodate you
