AKS Porto Heli hotel is located in Argolida in the Peloponnese, in a region blessed with natural beauty. It’s built right on the sea, offering wonderful views of the picturesque bay of Porto Heli, 187 km from Athens, approximately a 2½-hour drive from the capital and easily accessible by catamaran (approx. 2,5 hours).

Included in your package will be breakfast, and you are free to book your flight any time on this day. We recommend late afternoon or early evening flights as you should allow at least 5 hours between departing the hotel, and your flight departure time.

Transport

Flying in to Athens, Greece

The nearest airport is Athens & the venue is a 2½ hour scenic drive. You may like to rent a car, take a ferry, or choose to join a shared taxi that will be offered for a small fee - see details opposite.

We recommend flight arrivals latest by 1pm to allow for travel.

Departures can be booked anytime on Saturday 5th October.

Transport to and from the airport is NOT included in your package.

From the Airport to the Hotel

The Journey have an arrangement with a local transport company who can offer you a collective transfer by car. This will be a shared service with other clients from various flights. You may need to WAIT for other flight arrivals before your transport departs. The maximum waiting time between the first and last flight’s landing time will be 2 hours.

If you would like to BOOK A TRANSFER, please CLICK THIS LINK and complete your full flight arrival and departure details (times, flight number, etc.) Once we have all the details, and nearer the time, we will contact you with a price which will be between €50-€150 per person, each way. You can also select a private transfer for €250 if you prefer. Lower pricing is only available when you book to arrive & depart on the dates of the retreat.

Accommodation Package

Choose from single or twin share room. Rest assured that if you choose twin share, you will be placed with another participant of the same sex, and where possible, the same nationality. As soon as you have booked and paid your course fee, you will receive a link to choose your preferred option. Please note that rooms are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Should your preferred choice be unavailable, you will be offered an alternate option.

The price shown below includes 7 night's accommodation plus all your food. Please note that each room is subject to Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (€ 7.00 per room, per night), which is to be paid on departure.
